Re-brand FormSite
Private Labeling allows you to offer the FormSite service under your brand. This enables you to easily re-sell or distribute our services to your users as though it is your own. There is no mention of FormSite or Vroman Systems on the site and you have full control over all external descriptive content as well as the domain name that runs the service.
We can configure one or more servers to run a private label version of FormSite under the domain of your choosing, using your graphics and color scheme. An example site running FormSite software is BigSurveys.com. You can login into BigSurveys using the username: demo and password: demo.
Custom Domain, Interface & Features
We offer the ability to run our service on your own URL so that your users see only your domain. This is the first step to Private Labeling. Visit www.CustomFormDomain.com for more information and a live demo.
The next step beyond the Custom Domain is to update our internal pages with your name, logo, etc. All references to FormSite will be replaced with your site. Additionally, unused or undesired features can be disabled, providing your users a simpler interface as well as giving you more control over what your users can and cannot do. We also define custom limitations and account levels tailored to your individual business.
Enterprise-Grade Management
We provide you with a robust Dashboard component to manage your users. Fully featured and easy to use, you will be using the same software we use to manage FormSite users. You can setup, edit, search, and enable/disable user accounts as well as view reports about account usage. You can control your own Private Label site with the ability to provide the first level of support to your users. We can even setup multiple administrator accounts, giving access to each member of your support team.
Pricing
Pricing for our Private Label solution is tailored to each individual client. Typically we structure the pricing so that it is variable by month and based on the number of active accounts at the end of the month. Pricing on a per account basis will most likely be lower than what we charge FormSite customers. Due to the extensive customization, setup and the dedicated server(s) used, this offering is currently only available to clients with more than 50 accounts.
